So you want to rent a Tuxedo? Whether it's the first time, or you've rented before, your experience will be pleasant and professional. Most of what is covered here also applies to SAME-DAY RENTAL PICKUP.
Typically, no appointments are ever necessary. Walk-ins are the norm. The individual renting the Tuxedo needs to be present, or measurements from an Established Professional need to be provided.
Measurements will be taken of the waist, pant out-seam, chest, overarm, neck, and sleeve to determine the perfect fit. We will need specific height, weight, and shoe size (if shoes will be needed).
Selection is next, since measuring is quick and easy. You'll have plenty of time to select the perfect Style & Color for yourself from our HUGE in-store selection...including accessories like vests, ties, shoes, suspenders, cuff-links, hats, scarves, pocket squares, and more!
Use-Date, Pick-up Date, & Return Date are the next things we will discuss. Since flexibility is what we do, you tell us when you'd like to pick-up, and when you'd like to return it. This will, most times, not result in any additional charges.
Payment is flexible. If the Tuxedo will not be needed until a later date, you can optionally pay Half-Down, with the Balance Due at Pick-Up. Of course, we won't stop you from paying in full.
There is always a Security Deposit of $20 for in-town events, and a $40 for out-of-town events. This is in addition to the rental price & is FULLY-REFUNDED upon return (given that no rental terms have been violated).
Rental Terms are flexible if needed. As written though, it states:
"I acknowledge receiving the above described rental outfit in good condition and agree to return it in the same good condition within 24 hours of use. I'll pay a late fee of ($20 or $40) per day after (RETURN Date Here).
Payment of the $5.00 damage waiver fee relieves me of liability for unintentional minor damage from ordinary use. It does not cover gross misuse, burns, tears, or loss. If I fail to return this rental or return it unrepairable, I agree to pay replacement cost.
All RENTALS MUST BE RETURNED BY RETURN DATE! WE ARE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK!"
