We do not have a return policy. All sales and deposits are final without exception.

The following is our in-store return policy. We do not yet have a functioning online store.

As a small business, we understand how important it is that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. That's why we ask that every customer be absolutely sure about what they buy before they buy it.

For over 25 years, our store policy states the following conspicuously throughout our store and on every receipt:


 "All sales are final. No refunds on deposits or merchandise."

Now, in order to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, our Professional Sales Staff seeks to provide the highest level of service to each customer. We advise, we discover your needs, we listen to your wants...and finally, you decide. We honestly cannot be held responsible for cancelled events, sickness, unforeseen weight gain, or anything else beyond the scope of our products and services. On a case-by-case basis, sometimes a Store Credit can be issued. This policy is really no different than many other major department stores.
